Ingredients
10 serving Chile, Hatch Brand Whole Green Mild - 1 Chile (by CCAUSBIE45) 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving Pepper, Poblano 1 Pepper (by AGGIEKBEAR03) 2 serving onion, raw whole med. 2 1/2" (by PACHAMAMA2) 10 tsp Garlic, Raw minced (by SAMMY1BABY) 2 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 4 cup Broth, Chicken - Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Unsalted (1 serving 240 ml/ 1 cup) (by MIKEGINA)
Directions
Roast all the peppers whole in the oven 45 minutes. When done put in a ziploc bag and let sit till cool enough to skin. While the chilies are roasting cook the onions an jalapenos and garlic. Add the pealed peppers to the onion/ garlic mixture add the cumin and blend till smooth
