Ingredients
1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat1.0 tsp Cardamom, ground1.0 tsp Cloves, ground1.0 stalk Broccoli, fresh6.0 clove Garlic6.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 large Onions, raw4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.5 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average2.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil9.0 tsp garam masala32.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Mix yogurt half ginger garlic and garam masala. Chop chicken into 1" pieces mix with spice mixture. Marinate at least 1 hr. Steam spinach and broccoli, blanch and pure set aside. Sweat onion till slightly brown around edges, add remaining ginger and garlic stir for 2 min. Add in chicken. Stir till chicken appears cooked. Add tomatoes simmer for half hour stirring occasionally. Add spinach pure and simmer for half hour. Serving Size: 10 servings
