1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Chili powder1.0 cup Lentils3.5 cup Tomato Sauce0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste1.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Saute onion, pepper and celery for 5 mins. Add spices and saute additional minute. Add 3 cups water, tomato sauce and past, simmer 30 mins. Add salt and balsamic before serving. Serve on buns of choice with preferred toppings.
