Low carb ham bread

Ingredients
4 large Egg white, fresh 1 serving Ham, Hormel, 97% fat free, Natural Choice 100% Natural, Smoked Deli Ham (4 slices=1 serving) 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 10 grams Vital wheat gluten 1 tbsp Milk - Skim Milk Powder (by TAMINGDRAGONS) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
Directions
slice the ham. Mix dry ingredients very well (very well!)
Slightly beat egg whites. Mix all together. Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan for 15-25 min (depending) in preheated oven.
