0.25 cup Oats, Quaker2.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated1.0 tbsp Honey0.5 tbsp chia seeds0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.25 oz Coconut, toasted0.25 oz Sunflower Seeds, with salt added
Directions
Mix all but coconut and sunflower seeds together. Out in fridge overnight. Top in am with coconut and sunflower seeds
