Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
0.5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted2.0 tsp Paprika9.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard2.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh2.0 large Onions, raw1.0 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast16.0 oz Egg Noodles, enriched0.16 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Step 1: cut raw meat into bit size pieces Step 2: place butter in a large pot melt over medium heat and beef and brown and remove set aside Step 3: chop veggies up into bit size pieces Step 4: add veggies (not mushroom or garlic) to pot cook til onions are translucent then add flour, paprika, and meat back into pot stir then and water simmer for 2 hours Step 5: in a pan add chopped garlic and butter cook for 1-2 minutes then add chopped mushrooms cook 5 minutes add to meat and veggies mix when water has reduced to about 1 cup of liquid add sour cream and mustard Step 6: make pasta as bag says Serving Size: Makes 12, ½ cup servings
