Zesty Italian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 cups uncooked pasta (to make it fun for kids to eat, I put several different kinds of pasta together, such as rotini, bow tie pasta, elbow macaroni, small shells, etc.)2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced2 medium tomatoes, diced1 cucumber, peeled and diced1 cup feta cheese, crumbled1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing
Directions
1. Cook pasta, drain, and cool. (I put a little olive oil to keep pasta from sticking together.)
2. While pasta is cooking, cook chicken in pan or indoor grill, being sure to drain grease. Cool chicken.
3. Prepare tomatoes and cucumbers.
4. When noodles and chicken are cool, toss all ingredients together and chill for longer.

Serves about 12.

(Cook's note: You could easily turn this into a Greek-style salad by changing the dressing to an oil-and-vinegar dressing and adding olives.)
