0.25 tsp Cumin seed0.25 tsp Paprika1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw32.0 fl oz Water, tap6.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper4.0 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin24.0 oz Kichen basicsbeef stock unsalted10.0 oz rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies0.33 tsp chili powder0.33 tsp Mrs dash southwest0.5 tsp Italian seasoning4.0 tbsp tomatoe paste1.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
Directions
Cook rice on stove. In soup pot brown meet and drain. Cook peppers, onion, and celery until tender. Pur in broth and water. Add meat back into pot and all the seasonings with tomatoe paste. Bring to a boil. Add rice and lower to simmer. Serving Size: Makes 15 1-cup servings
