3 cup Baby Spinach 1 cup Wellsley Farms Mild Cheddar Cheese 1.33 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 4 oz Onion, sweet, raw 6 serving Egg white, large .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp organic great value coconut oil (by CHRISTYO68) 1 tsp Stonemill Essentials Minced Garlic
1. Saute minced garlic, baby spinach, mushrooms, and onions in coconut oil.
2. Mix the eggs and whipping cream together. Slowly add sauteed vegetables.
3. Add cheddar cheese.
4. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in pie pan.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 4 "pie" pieces
