0.5 fruit (2" dia) Limes1.0 clove Garlic1.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce3.0 tbsp Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter1.25 cup Rooster Brand Coconut Milk0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne3.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Use the zest of the lime and only part of the juice, to taste. Heat to simmer Serving Size: Makes 4 to 8 servings, depending on use.
