Chickpea Curry with Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1.75 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet (or wok) over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until
golden brown. Remove from pan. Set aside.

3. Add garlic, cumin, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, chickpeas, tomatoes, chicken broth, and chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce
heat to medium-low; gently boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
