Lotsa Veg Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 large banana1/2 cup broccoli florets, fresh or frozen1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves (a good big handful or 2)1/2 large leaf of swiss chard1 cube carrot juice (see notes)1/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup water
Directions
Toss everything in a blender; doing the banana first will make it easier for the blender to get going.
Blend until no more chunks or bits of leaves remain.
