16 oz Chorizo, pork and beef 3 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 tsp Garlic 450 grams Kale 3 cup Canned Tomatoes 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans) 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Cut all veggies into bite sized pieces.
Saute chorizo with onions, garlic, celery and other veggies.
Add tomatoes, beans, vinegar and bullion.
Simmer until desired level of doneness.
