Wiener Cassarole

Ingredients
8 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni 1 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 1 cup of 2% milk8 oz Velveeta Cheese Product 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 tsp Celery seed 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 10 frankfurter (5 in long X 3/4 i Hot Dog, beef and pork 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 deg.F
Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
While cooking the macaroni, In a med. size saucepan, prepare mushroom soup using milk instead of water on medium low heat
Add all the vegetables and bring back to a low boil stirring often
Add salt, pepper, and celery seed.
Cut Velveeta into 1/2 inch pieces and while stirring constantly, add cheese to the mixture, reduce to a low heat.
Cut 5 hot dogs in 1/2 inch pieces.
Layer 1/2 of cooked macaroni on a 9 x 11 inch baking dish
layer 1/2 of wieners over macaroni
Pour 1/2 of sauce mix over it, repeat with remaining macaroni and sauce mix, top with the remaining wieners.
Tamp down all macaroni into the liquid.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cheese is browned.
