Ingredients
1.7 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)12.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)12.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add one can Coconut milk or cream, coconut palm sugar 1/4 c, and truvia 2 tbsp (could even use less), dash salt, tsp. Vanilla extract. Microwave in glass container making sure to allow steam to release, (I used a glass pyrex measuring bowl). Heat at 50% power for 2 minutes, cool just a bit, carefully stir, keep reheating until you like the consistency (@ 10 min. For carmel sauce, longer if you want it thicker. Allow to cool, pour into container, store in fridge. Use it to top Nice Cream! 1 Tbsp, @32c.
