L-Potato Tomato SF-6

Ingredients
1 large Onions, raw, chopped 3 tbsp Canola Oil 3 medium Potato, raw, chopped 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 cup Beans, black, cooked 6 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1/2 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning 1/2 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
Directions
Add Canola oil, chopped onion and potato to skillet. Fry 5 minutes on medium-high. Stir and fry 5 more minutes after turning temperature down 1 notch. Add broccoli, mix in. Cook covered for 5 more minutes after turning temperature down another notch. Add tomatoes, beans, hemp hearts and seasonings and mix in. Fry 5 more minutes after turning the temperature down another notch. Serve
