Ham and Asparagus Wraps

Ingredients
8 spears of fresh asparagus2 slices of deli ham1 large flour tortilla1 TBSP low-fat cream cheese1 tsp of spicy brown mustard (or more to taste)
Directions
1. Steam asparagus in microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Spread cream cheese on tortilla and dribble with mustard.
3. Lay ham slices over condiments.
4. Lay asparagus in line across the tortilla, 4 pieces on the top and 4 pieces on the bottom.
5. Roll and cut in half.

Makes 2 wraps. Double, triple, quadruple, etc as needed.
