Ingredients
4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
1. sweat onions, ginger, garlic together until onions translucent
2. Add mushrooms, broth, any seasonings or herbs desired
3. Simmer for a while
