1 serving Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread, 1 slice 1 large Egg white, fresh 2 tbsp Hood , Carb Countdown milk, Fat Free2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Orange Peel 1 tsp Splenda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup (if desired)
Directions
Cook in heated belgian waffle iron until steaming subsides and waffle is crisp. serve with SF syrup or fresh fruit of choice
