Seafood Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients
4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese3/4 cup Milk1/4 cup butter or margarine1/4 teaspoon white pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder8 ounces fettucine, cooked, drained4 oz cooked shrimp1 cup imitation crab meat
Directions
1. MIx cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

2. Boil fettucine in seperate pot per package directions while cooking sauce.

3. Toss fettucine with alfredo sauce.

    i loved this so much, i'm making it again right now but I'm sauteing a little garlic, yellow pepper and a tomato with basil paste to add on top, I added a little more milk to the sauce, this would be great with chicken too, I am just in love with the sauce ,happy to know how to make good alfredo now - 3/24/11
