Egg muffin cups

Ingredients
1/2 cup, chopped red peppers1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach24 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 cup 2% Milk 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend Salt & pepper to taste3 Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, chopped
Directions
Spray muffin tins with Pam. Split chopped peppers and spinach evenly between muffin tins. Mix remaining incredients except sausage and divide evenly between muffin tins. Top each muffin with sausage pieces. Cook at 375 F for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm, or refrigerage when cool and enjoy within 4-5 days.
