Italian Sausage, Kale and Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 5 serving JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage 4 cup, chopped Kale 1 can (approx 1.25 cups) cannellini beans0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 3 tsp Sage, ground .08 cup Flour, white 5 cups water or bullion or more to desired consistency
Directions
Saute turkey, add squash, garlic and onion, add kale, part of lemon juice, and spices. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional - make a walnut pesto with some walnuts, parmesan and remaining lemon juice (not calculated in calorie total).
