Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
3 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 cup Coconut Oil 1.75 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until throughly combined. Then spoon large scoops onto sheet pan and bake at 350 for 15 mins
