1lb Ground Venison 1 tsp Minced Onion Flakes 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Ground Thyme 1 tsp Cattle Boyz Smokey Southwest Seasoning and Rub 1 tsp Weber Smokey Mesquite Seasoning 1 tsp Weber Kick'n Chicken Seasoning 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder2 Cans Mushrooms Pieces and Stems (284 mL each), drained and water reserved1 cup Cooked Brown Rice 1 Can Black Turtle Beans (540 mL), drained1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans (398 mL), drained1 Can Beans Made with Real Maple Syrup (398 mL)2 Cans Condensed Tomato Soup (284 mL each)
1. Drain canned mushrooms, reserving the water.
2. Add ground venison, reserved mushroom water, onion flakes, and spices and seasonings to a 5 L Dutch Oven.
3. Cook thoroughly over medium heat.
4. Add remaining ingredients and cook for approximately 1/2 an hour.
5. Serve hot.
