Ingredients
16 oz Beef, top sirloin, cubed1 cup Lentils 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup jicama, peeled & cubed 1 cup, chopped Kale 4 serving beef boullion cube (by EM4147) garlic salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Add 8cups of water. Set slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
