10 ounces of red potatoes cut up small1 cup of fresh peas2 tablespoons of butter2 tablespoons of flour2 cups of skim milk
Put the cut up potatoes in water to cover and boil until almost tender. Add the peas and cook until both are tender. Drain
In another pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add two tablespoons of flour and mix well. Let it cook just a bit to get rid of the floury taste. Add 2 cups of skim milk slowly, stirring continually. When it is all dissolved and slightly thickened, pour over the drained potaotes and peas. Salt and pepper to tasts. Make five servings. The calorie amount is for one serving
