Cheese and bacon crustless quiche

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 6 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 2 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Chop bacon, shred mozzarella, whip eggs and combine cream with eggs. Grease square baking pan with butter. Place bacon in the bottom of pan. Add egg and cream mixture. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting.
