Cabbage-Cheddar Chowder

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef2 medium stalks of celery, diced1 small onion, chopped1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded1/2 cup water3 cups skim milk2 cups shredded cheddar3 Tbsp flour1.5 tsp salt1/8 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion in skillet until vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in cabbage and water. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is desired doneness, about 10 minutes. Stir in milk, cheese, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. 8 approximately 1 cup servings
