Curry Spiced Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower and Garlic

Ingredients
2 cup, Broccoli cut into medium florets 2 cup Cauliflower cut into medium florets1.5 tbsp Curry powder 1.5 tsp Salt 8 Garlic cloves, whole, peeled4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and layout in an even layer on a cookie sheet. Roast in center of a preheated oven of 380 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Turn once, halfway through cooking time.
