10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt 8 serving Sonic Sonic Green Chiles 2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 stick Butter, unsalted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, chiles, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and butter. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; continue baking 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
