Ingredients
0.5 stick Butter, salted0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 cup sugar free chocolate chips0.5 cup swerve1.0 tsp vanilla0.25 tsp salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (except swerve) with chocolate chips. Whisk wet ingredients and swerve, then fold dry ingredients in. Put dough in 9 foil muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Serving Size: 9 muffins
