1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 6 serving Cheese, Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar GREAT VALUE 1/3 C 6 oz Cream Cheese
Saute Onion and garlic.
Add Cauliflower and cook for 8 minutes (plus time to get pressure up).
After 8 minutes do a quick release. Stir in spinach and cream cheese.
Serve with cheese on top.
