Thai Basil Chicken (Krapaow Gai)

1 Tbsp EVOOSAUCE1/2 c Oyster Sauce5-6 cloves Garlic3 peppers of choice (I grow habaneros and thai chiles so I use a combo but my brother-in-law actually prefers our habaneros saying his basil chicken tastes best when he cooks it here)2 tbsp Soy Sauce1/4 c Brown Sugar (or to taste)1 lb Chicken Breast1 Onion (not traditional but I think it adds something and I like it)A LOT of fresh Basil (I use a plant and a half of the "living Basil" or everything I can afford to prune if it's the summer and I have it)
Put a very small amt of olive oil in the pan and heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute until fragrant
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and a little water.
Add chicken and onion
Simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
Add basil and allow to wilt.
Serve over rice of choice (not calculated in the recipe)
