Ingredients
12 oz Hormel SPAM 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Fry onion in pan 5 minutes Add diced spam cook 10 more minutes move to sed of pan Add egg on side scramble mix all together Add spinach let wilt but not over done Severe sprinkle with room temperature Parmesan cheese
