100 Calorie Peanut Butter Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients
1.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 cup Wholesome Pantry Organic Old Fashioned Oats2.0 tbsp Baker's Corner Cocoa Powder0.33 cup large chips Semisweet, chopped or mini chocolate chips chocolate1.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener4.0 tbsp PB & Me Powdered Peanut Butter0.13 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Chop chocolate chips if using large ones. Reserve about 1/3rd of the chocolate chips if u want to top with chocolate later Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 9×13 baking dish. Bake 20min. Remove from heat and if you saved some chocolate chips now is the time to add them. Give a couple minutes to cool before spreading with a spatula. if you are going to wrap these individually as breakfast/power bars to go, allow to cool completely so chocolate top sets. Otherwise, pour yourself a glass of milk or whatever tickles your fancy and enjoy warm!
