Ingredients
8.0 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular4.0 large Onions, raw2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper6.0 clove Garlic3.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes1.0 cup Tomato Paste454.0 Grams Okra0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour32.0 oz Shrimp, raw12.0 oz Soyrizo, Vegan Chorizo6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
In large Dutch oven saute margarine, chopped onion, and thin strips of pepper with garlic about 5 minutes. Add flour and stir over heat for another 5 minutes. Add all but shrimp, bring to simmer for at least 20-30 minutes. Add red hot or cayenne to taste. Add shrimp for last 5 minutes. Serve over rice with parsley.
