Turmeric Ginger Juice Shots

100 grams Ginger Root 100 grams turmeric root 100 grams Beets, fresh (yellow or red)8 fl oz Lemon Juice, fresh100 grams Carrots2 large Apples, fresh2 cups Water (approximate)
Wash all fruits and veggies and peel or scrape them if you prefer.
Option A: If you have a juicer, juice it all, then add water.
Option B: Using a blender, combine everything in blender and blend till as smooth as possible. Then strain out the pulp using cheesecloth or a nut milk bag (I use "Ellie's Nut Milk Bags").
Keeps for up to 3 days in the refrigerator; I freeze the rest in small containers so that I can take one out each day.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 four-ounce servings.
