Spinash2% milk2 tbs butter.25 cup onion1 garlic clove
Boiled pealed potatoes, in a sperate container boiled spinash then mix spinashk, milk, onion and garlic and blend till smooth
When the potoes are ready mixed them all toguether and mash them addint the two tbsm of butter.
