Chocolate Tofu Pie w/Chocolate Graham Crust

Ingredients
1 Mori-Nu Silken Tofu FIRM1 teaspoon Vanilla1 Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crust12 oz Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips2 tablespoons Splenda
Directions
Drain as much excess water from the tofu with a paper towel. Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Chill for several hours before serving. If you wish a more sweeter taste, consider adding more sugar.
