Ingredients
CRUST:Whisk together:2 c. Almond Flour, Food to Live1/3 c. Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt ADD:1 tsp Vanilla Extract I egg, large2 tbsp Butter salted Mix until combined then pat into 9 or 10" pie plate Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes or until lightly brownedFILLING:Mix together until smooth:2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened12 tbsp Aldi’s, Countryside Creamer Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener - Lakanto Classic Add:1/2 c. Sour Cream - Aldi's Friendly FarmsPour into completely cooled pie shell. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Directions
Bake shell approximately 25 minutes until lightly browned. I make certain mine is brown all over.
