Butter Masala Chicken with Vegetables and Raisins

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced 1/2 large green bell pepper, diced 1/2 medium onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced1 tbsp unsalted butter1 cup (not packed) raisins 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, diced 1-12 oz jar condensed butter Masala1 cup water 1-14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, drained
Directions
1. In a large saucepan or skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic about one minute
2. Add the mushrooms, diced peppers and onion and sauté about 2 minutes.
3. Add the chicken cubes, jar of butter Marsala sauce, raisins, diced tomatoes and 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly
4. Raise heat to bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until chicken is done.
