Ingredients
Shallots, 2 sliced thinButter, salted, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves, sliced thin3/4 t Herbes de ProvenceBaby Carrots, raw, 1lbBroccoli florets 8 oz Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Put butter & olive oil in pan with shallots, garlic & Herbes, Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes stirring occasionally, add carrots and cook for 5 minutes, add broccoli & cook for 5 minutes. Cover pan, cook on low for 10 minutes, continue to stir occasionally. Makes 4- 1 cup servings or 8- 1/2 cup servings.
