Ingredients
1 medium cucumber with peel, sliced thinly 3 oz Greek Yogurt Full-Fat Plain (by MEMYSELF2011) 3 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) 0.5 tsp Dill weed, driedSalt to taste
Directions
Slice the cucumber evenly into thin slices. Salt it, then leave it about 10 minutes, so it releases some of its moisture. Add the rest of the ingredients.
