Ingredients
* Basil, 64 leaves (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces (remove) * *Cheese Tortellini, 3 cup (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)1/8 tsp cajun seasoning
Directions
cook tortellini, rinse w/cool water
cook chicken, cut into strips
chop basil
mix well
eat
