Spicy Sesame Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Canola Oil 3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Lime Juice 1 tbsp Orange Peel no pith3 tsp Garlic crushed and diced or shredded on plane2 Hot Chili Peppers 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, grated Carrots, raw 2 cup Green Beans French style canned 2 cup Chinese Noodles, cellophane or long rice (mung beans) 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds toasted for extra flavour
Directions
Stir together first 8 ingredients. Let stand, overnight if possible, at least 30 minutes.
Cook or thaw green beans. (if cooking - 2 minutes max; you want a crunchy texture).
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Usually soaking for 5-8 minutes.
I like a very thin gated carrot, as I think it looks more elegant.
Combine all ingredients, season to taste. cover and chill.
Just before serving dust with toasted sesame seeds.
