Egg pie

Ingredients
3 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 6 serving 2 Cherry Tomatoes 0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese .12 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk together. In skillet with a little oil. Sauté onion and green pepper, for 5 min. Add tomatoes and cook till heat thru. Add eggs and cook till set. When done turn off heat and put cheese on top and cover. Let it melt.
