2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 TBSP Flour, white 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 4 TBSP Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.5 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan,add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in the flour, mix well. Whisk in the chicken broth until well mixed and there are no lumps. Add the milk, salt and pepper, mix well. Cook over medium low heat until it thickens. Stir in the cheeses mix well, add the yogurt and mix well. Serve over pasta, vegetables, rice or potatoes.
