1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup 2% Milk 4 tbsp Imperial Stick Margarine 6 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving 5 serving Great Value frozen cauliflower (5 svgs per 16oz/1lb bag) (by JMB41609) 5 serving Broccoli, frozen 16 oz. bag (by LAZYEATER) .33 cup Flour, white 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
cook onions in stick margarine. Once onion cooked, add water and flour to pot and heat ... stir constantly. Continue to stir as slowly add milk to pot. let simmer a bi until scum forms on top. Add cheese and stir constantly until melted. once base made. add bag broccoli and bag cauliflower to pot. Stir well. Simmer for at least 30 min. Stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Salt and Pepper to taste while cooking. pairs well 1/2 a sandwich for complete meal
