2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese3.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.33 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)1.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 oz Cheddar Cheese
Microwave 2 oz cream cheese & 3 0z mozzarella cheese for 20 seconds. Stir. Microwave 20 more seconds. Mix egg & add almond flour & baking powder & seasonings of your choice. Mix
together. Will be sticky. Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Form into a bowl & refrigerate 30 min. Cut into 4 pcs & roll into a ball. Place balls on parchment paper lined cookie sheet & back 10-12 min at 425.
