Ingredients
1/2 c. White Beans1 tsp Better Than Bouillon - Broth, Vegetable mixed in 1 cup Water1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 5 cloves Garlic, minced300 grams Vital wheat gluten 4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast1.5 tsp Smoked Paprika 1.5 tsp Korean Red Pepper Powder (spicy)2 tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary 1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp chili flakes
Directions
Mash beans. Mix other ingredients in order listed. Divide into 4 portions, make each a 5" log, wrap with aluminum foil, twisting ends. Steam for 40 minutes. Slice and serve, or lightly fry to crisp edges.
